"I cannot say enough positive things about this establishment. As a patient of Dr. Story for the past 2 years, I can attest to her unwavering professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. Recently, I encountered a roadblock when my prescription was out of stock at every pharmacy I visited. In desperation, I reached out to Dr. Story's office and was met with exceptional assistance from her receptionist. She went above and beyond, diligently worked on this until she found a pharmacy that had my prescription in stock and was able to promptly fill it for me. This was truly a lifesaver, especially since I had been 15 days late in picking up my medication. I am blown away by the level of service I received and am immensely grateful."

I went to another place with horrible reviews and received horrible care, tried to go to another place that completely screwed me over and canceled my appointment. "Ariel Bracey at Elite DNA Behavioral Health Bradenton, is an amazing therapist. She has been seeing our daughter for three years. She has been wonderful to our family. She has helped our daughter manage her emotions plus feelings. She has provided solid advice to my wife and me on how best to understand our daughter and her struggles. Two years ago, our daughter was dealing with some terrible school experiences and with a bad teacher. Ariel was an incredible advocate for us during the times that we had to meet with school administrators. She was there to speak on our behalf and explain in medical terms our daughter’s condition. She provided the school with better ways to address the problems at hand. We can’t thank her enough for stepping in during this time of grief and sorrow for our daughter. The staff at elite DNA are wonderful people, specially Lilee, who man’s the front desk. She is super nice/friendly and makes us feel welcome at every session. "I am new to the area and was referred to EliteDNA by my new PCM to manage schedule 2 & 3 medications I've been on for well over 10 years. I was told they were super easy to work with and schedule. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. I called EliteDNA on 1/4/2024 to schedule an appt and was on hold for quite some time. I tried using the call back feature to no avail as the recording would just keep playing the hold music and repeating the message to hit #1 for a call back. Hit #1 half a dozen times and still no confirmation for a call back, hold music still playing. I finally decided to hang up and use the virtual scheduling feature which indeed seemed "super easy." I scheduled a telehealth appt for 1/9/2024 but didn't write down the time. I did take a screen shot of the confirmation screen but it did not reflect a time either. No email. No text. No call from EliteDNA to confirm anything. First thing on the morning of the 9th, I called in to confirm my appointment time and was told my appt was on the 23rd. Not sure who they contacted, or what means were used to contact someone (anyone) to advise of that appointment on the 23rd, but telehealth doesn't mean telepath. I would have never known of the change had I not called in myself. When I expressed my concern about the need for medications I was already out of, the rep didn't seem to care at all. Didn't even attempt to try to get me in sooner. When I asked why the appt changed, she had no explanation. She just reiterated my appointment was for the 23rd. I advised her if they couldn't provide an explanation for the change or get me in sooner, I would sooner drive 2.5 hours back to my old doctor than use EliteDNA for my behavioral health needs and she couldn't care less. She didn't so much as apologize for the inconvenience or breakdown in the scheduling process. She did quickly offer to cancel my appointment and did so quite expeditiously, so at least the staff are very efficient at clearing appointments from the schedule, and for that reason the 1 star on this review is very well earned indeed. Dear Elizabeth Dosoretz, I commend you for your attempt to use technology to make up for staffing shortages, but if you're going to use automated technology to run your medical practice, particularly virtual assistants, the very first thing you should keep in mind is that you are replacing humans, therefore your technology products should first and foremost work efficiently and properly. Secondly, your follow through on scheduling confirmations should be instantaneous and seamless for the end user. Moreover, if you're replacing humans and your technology doesn't work correctly, at least hire humans with compassion and some minimal interpersonal and customer service skills. Lastly, as you are a medical facility who specializes in managing scheduled medications per Florida law, you should reasonably know that unsupervised withdrawal from medications can be just as dangerous to patients as someone abusing them. Perhaps hire professionals with some understanding of that, or someone who can at least pretend to care in a customer facing situation."
