"Im not one to leave a bad review but my experience in the last month was horrible! Experience with the old location in Countryway was great but since they moved to the new location, it's been nothing but horrible. I've had paperworks I needed filled out, and they've lost these paperworks 2x in the last month. There was no way to upload or email my paperworks so I had to go to UPS to print it, and drop it off at their office and the fact that they just lose it not once but 2x is just pure incompetence. Good thing it didn't contain any vital information like social security number and such or I would've totally lost it. Their call system sucks. I have had to call 6-7x in one week to set up a blood test (never happened) and ask for follow up but was always directed to leave vm and never get a call back. Front desk and security personnels are not friendly at all. I have had to argue with the front desk(the very few times they actually answered) multiple times only to find out I was on the right and they just either can't read the record in their systems or can't find it. You are never greeted with a smile and personnels stares at you that makes you feel extremely uncomfortable. Their old location is so much better. I would say that my experience with actual doctors had been pleasant, but due to the staff's incompetency and rudeness in general, I will most likely need to find a new doctor."
"This facility has the kindest, nicest staff I have ever had the pleasure of encountering in a doctor's office. They're friendly and they answer questions thoroughly and with patience. Dr. Mehuron is also very kind and encouraging; she takes her time to answer questions and doesn't try to rush you out the door. I would recommend this physician's office if you're looking for an excellent doctor!"
"I have two years experience with AdventHealth. Despite times when I needed to contact them more than once over the same issue, I was satisfied with their service. All that changed today. After confirming my 10:15am appointment, they called me at 10:15am to ask if I was coming. I was right around the corner but this interfered with my GPS so I arrived at 10:18. It's a small matter but there's no need for that. When I arrived wearing a mask, they looked at me and handed me a mask. I said I already have a mask. The nurse who took my vitals for my wellness check asked if I still smoked. Given that their PA, Corrie Ackerman, had written me a Zyban prescription 5/6/19 and I'd continuously updated her on my success, I felt they'd dropped the ball inputting that information into the system. They were put on notice that I stopped smoking on 5/6/19. Since the fact of my prior smoking was a big concern to them, why isn't my not smoking equally important? When I told the nurse that I hadn't smoked in nearly two years and they needed to do a better job, she got on the defensive. She said she was merely going to take my vitals because she didn't like being treated harshly. Didn't like being held accountable for a negligent oversight in updating my health record? What about taking ownership of your company's mistake? I ripped the blood pressure monitor off my arm and said, "We're done. I deserve better service." If your attitude is to defend the errors made by your company, you need retraining or a different job. Something that doesn't involve public interaction. To add the perfect topping, the office called me 10 minutes later, not to apologize for their blunder, but to tell me I was no longer a patient. That's the most damming thing they did. They gathered the information from their nurse, spun however she decided, and washed their hands of their ethical, professional responsibilities. It is a shameful demonstration of a corporate culture that goes far beyond the nurse I interacted with. Outrageous and pathetic. Still waiting on a call back from Ralph Dibiase, Director of Operations."
"I’m a new patient and was recommended by a friend to come here. I had been feeling lethargic, drained, achy, and always wanting to take naps for the past month and a half and so I called this office to schedule an appointment and they got me in within the next few days… I met Dr. Corie Ackerman and told her everything that I was feeling and she scheduled bloodwork for everything that she thought maybe I could have. When she came into the room she introduced herself with her first name and was incredibly easy to talk to you and friendly… The nurse Greg here is amazing and relatable and so easy to talk to and I found him a pleasure to talk with as he showed his concerns as well for what I was going through. The front desk staff greeted me when I came in and they said goodbye when I left and they were very informative about my billing and you can tell that everyone who works here enjoys their job! The doctor called me a few days later to tell me my results and schedule a follow up and was very patient with me on the phone as any concerns or questions that I had. I would without a doubt definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new doctor!"
"Had a great experience with Dr Sarah Mehuron and Corrie Ackerman. Besides being great at their job, they are both sincere and caring. The admin staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable. Technology is advanced and the doc will actually send you answers outside of your appointment window through the patient portal...when she is not at another appointment. Nothing but great thing to say."
