"Jason T (PA) saw me. He spent a good amount of time with me explaining the issue. He didn't rush me at all. Over all good experience, clean place however I did find front desk stuff a little reserved (stopping short of calling them rude). Facility is clean"

"My 90 year old mother was treated at this facility on 01.07.19. She was accompanied by her grandson who is of color. This fact seemed to cause a good deal of concern to the staff and Dr. She was asked numerous times Who he is? And why she was with him? They were told that he could not accompany her to the back. She was escorted and left alone in a room for hours. When she asked for a drink of water ,she was handed a half oz. And told "this is ALL of the water we have here ". She wasn't even seen until an hour and a half after her scheduled appointment time. She was left alone in the back so long that she put her chair as close to the wall as she could leaning her head onto the wall as not to slide off the chair. All of this while her grandson sat in the lobby worried. Of all of the staff who they encountered that day ONLY 1 (Brandice of the front desk) shown care and compassion to assist my son in finding my mother left alone in a room for hours. Even her post operative instructions were were in correct I left 3 messages in 2 days before getting a return call to clarify."

"While the PA was nice and seemed to know, what he was doing, the other reviews are right that the doctor almost never shows his face. I had to go back twice for a 3rd surgery to remove the same mole. On this 3rd surgery the doctor did actually show up. He started cutting and then realized no one had prepped the surgery site, meaning it wasn't cleaned. SO, they started spraying cleaner on it as it was already open and continued to cut out the mole. Weeks later on or more of the stitches started coming out and I actually removed them myself with tweezers. Not sure if they were supposed to stay in and dissolve or not, but they werenet staying in anyway. Not as if anyone mentioned to me what type of stitches they were anyway. On another note, both the MD's are also lawyers, which leaves me wondering if they are more dedicated to the craft of medicine, or to the practice of defending themselves. Maybe it's something they have to deal with often. Not every visit was bad. Like I said, one of the PA's was really good. The nurses seemed pretty green though. I wont go back."

"You will most likely not see an MD here, always a PA. They rush you through. They have too many patients. I saw the PA for about 5 min and he rushed me out the door. AND while he was walking me to the appointment desk he belittled his nurses in front of me. Very unprofessional. I felt really uncomfortable here. No personal attention at all!"
