"My husband appointment was 11:45 AM and didn’t get seen by a doc until 1 PM absolutely ridiculous and no excuse. He got called back to an exam room and waited over an hour back there instead of being able to stay in the waiting room. The front desk employees are awful too. I made sure they knew how we felt with the wait. Oh but if a patent arrives late they cancel the appt. Meanwhile you wait hours on them and they could care less. ALL of Florida Medical offices are that way and should be avoided at all costs. Please consider other places for medical needs as Florida Medical association is a money grab and they do NOT care about the patient. You’re just another number to them. Trying to talk to desk staff is hard because they just sit there and talk about what Christmas presents they’re going to buy for a gift exchange. One of them stopped long enough to answer a call from a patient said they’re going to be late and they promptly canceled the poor person even though they don’t see you until well past the schedule time. The cardiologist when he was FINALLY seen - 90 minute wait for a less than five minute visit - was ok and I made her aware of the wait and the uncaring attitudes of her “ staff”. Again please find medical care anywhere other than FMC."

"A superb facility for certain. The facility must have just went through a complete renovation. Everything is up to date and very tidy. No sticky floors and near mint bathrooms. Excellent timely service provided by care givers who actually care about the patient. If we need to visit again, we certainly will be using Florida Medical Clinic Cardiology. Well worth the hour drive."

"Came here for a Consult with a Cardiologist for my Air Force physical. The service consisted of convenience and courtesy. Pete came in and gave me a warm welcome at the start of my appointment, as well as briefing me on some details about my heart. Throughout the day it was quite a wait but Lisa and Pete were good company and provided great customer service to make my wait worth while. By the time I saw Dr. Applebaum I was happy to hear that I had a heart in healthy standing as he explained in detail, while keeping it professional but still understanding the personal needs of a patient I would definitely recommend people to this clinic. Thanks Again."

"My initial consulation I requested an echo, which they did not tell me I would not be receiving that day. In addition to running 2 hours behind, I was charged $199 after insurance for a "new patient intake" fee, which covered I guess conversation with the doctor. When I came back for the echo I had originally requested, the nurses had to call me to ask me to come in earlier for an unknown reason. Additionally, it was challenging to get those results back, so I stopped returning for follow-ups. Nice people but completely unorganized and financially unreasonable."
