PrimeHealth Urgent Care - Bradenton, FL

"PrimeHealth is very unprofessional. Brought my son in with fever and flu symptoms to be told my son might have meningitis and sent to ER. Charged us $75 copay for visit where they didn't even test my son for anything just looked him over and because he had back pain they assum he has Meningitis! Pretty much pushed out of this facility with fears that my son needed to be rushed to ER. We sat at ER for 4 hours which they looked him over by doing a couple excercises to see if they needed to test him for meningitis. Within seconds they said, nope he doesn't have it! Then, went with testing him for covid and FLU to find out that is what he had was Influenza A. All this would have been taken care of at PrimeHealth urgent care if they just did what their services say they do. Especially when a PT comes in with those symptoms. Either they are lazy and wanted to get out of caring for a PT. or they need to go back to school! Needless to say I am now out of $375 dollars for something they could have treated at urgent care. Safe your money and time don't go here!"

"I brought my 83 yo mother in today for the lingering cough and sinus infection that seems to be everywhere this season! Dr Alfonso was fabulous talking to my mom and giving her very clear instructions with a specific treatment plan for the next five days! The staff was very professional and the office was very clean! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS WALK -IN for anyone requiring these services!!"

"I wasn’t feeling well and could not get in to see my PCP so I started looking online for urgent care, I saw PrimeHealth and noticed it was so close to my home so I made an online appointment to be seen as soon as they opened. Not knowing what to expect I only had past experiences (not good at all) from other walk-in, well I was pleasantly surprised. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was bright and very comfortable seating. After giving my information to the nice receptionist within 5 minutes I was called in. I got the nicest nurse for my vitals and shortly after a very nice Dr came in greeted me with a smile, I got an exam and was prescribed medicine and then I left. The whole experience was very relaxed, the whole medical team at this place is very professional and super nice. Whenever I can’t get in too see my PCP this place is my go to and I’m confident I will get the best care and I have even brought my Mom in. So if your looking for Quality health Services I highly recommend PrimeHealth."
