"SO FAR SO GOOD! Can't say "GREAT" yet because I had stem cell injections on both knees just four weeks ago March 9. I've experienced a subtle but gradual improvement in the strength and stability of my knees. My knees are feeling "beefier" for lack of a better word. Small changes like easier climbing stairs (up and down), raising up from my chair and drivers seat, ease in standing longer, less knee discomfort getting to sleep at night.
