"Let me tell you about this place here! I would rather come here than sit in the emergency room when my son is sick. I have been here multiple times and they have yet to disappoint me. The wait time is never too long. The nurse Kylie was great with interacting with my son making him feel comfortable in everything she was doing to check his vitals. Dr. Hague is a great doctor ! He is a great listener and he is very great with kids. I highly recommend this urgent care if your child is not feeling well. # 1 clinic in Orange county !!! Thank y’all for everything y’all do"

"I absolutely love this place!! They are not that close to where I reside but it is worth the drive. The times that I have been there, the wait time has been minimal and they work quickly. The staff are friendly and Dr. Hague is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I also observed his interaction with my little one and he is definitely amazing with children. I recommend this office!!"

"Great experience at this Urgent Care! It was very easy to book an appointment online. Once we arrived, we did not have to wait more than 10 minutes to be called back for vitals. The doctor arrived to our room very quickly and made us at feel at ease by answering all of our questions."

"Our experience from check-in to checkout was truly amazing. Darisha welcomed us with a smile and a speedy check-in. We were welcomed in the back by Kylie and Kaila. They have the utmost professionalism and comforted my children’s fears. Their kindness and smiles made our evening and is the reason why I would recommend every parent/guardian to bring their kids here. The Doctor was absolutely amazing and treated my kids wonderfully. Having a place to take my kids when they aren’t feeling well in an urgent care setting feels scary, but this is the place to take your children without any worries. They all know what they are doing and have your kids best interest, health, and comfort as their priority!"

"The only reason I’m giving it a 4 star is because we feel that the front reception staff could smile a bit more and try and be a bit more friendly to incoming people. They always look like they are mad about something and treat you like they are mad that you even came in and bothered them. Otherwise, the actual medical team is absolutely amazing and extremely well versed in pediatrics. So much that most times we prefer this urgent care over our own pediatrician. We kinda wish that some of the doctors we’ve seen have their own practice. Dr. Haque is absolutely amazing. He took his time looking over our son’s symptoms and gave us an actual proper diagnosis for his illness (even though my son saw his pediatrician the day before and was dismissed). His bedside manners, patients, and ability to thoroughly explain our son symptoms was really appreciated. The nurse who took my son’s vitals was also great in keeping him calm while she ran his initial tests. Again, we prefer this urgent care over my son’s pediatrician office which is also run by Advent."
