"I have been going to this location for many years now, and although they aren’t perfect, the doctors and the staff, there are excellent. The only problem I have is, they have a high turnover of doctors. However, I seem to have found a doctor that plans on sticking around, and I am very pleased with his knowledge concern and bedside manner."

"Useless, don’t waste your time. This place is famous for wasting your time and get you nowhere. Customer service is not even in the realm of competition for this place. Attitude is “ sorry not my problem “ type , instead of simple customer service guidance. Either way if your paying astronomical amounts in medical care , that should include at the very least a small bit of common decency and respect to your patient. Especially ones who have fought for this country in ways today are unrealistic. You never know who’s sitting next to you or who your really speaking with . Todays age is a sad reality of what is to come. What’s even worse is the oversite on so many of these issues that it’s become the new normal. I would expect better from a “ top rated hospital “ ."

"front desk receptionist are rude. I walked into the facility & was greeted with the statement “yes”… no “hi how can I help you” or anything. This was definitely an uncomfortable situation considering the fact it seemed as if the receptionist was bothered with me. I hope she has a better day :)"

"It is increasingly difficult to get any of your prescriptions in a timely manner with this practice. They tell you to use MyChart to request refills and 5 days later, nothing. Then you call about the refill you have been waiting on and they tell you up to 48 hours. So next you have to walk into the office and hand them a written list of the medications you need refilled and they just tell you that the request is pending. Finally, your pharmacy can request refill authorization from them up to 3 times and you still won't get your lifesaving medication in time. We moved to Baycare and got same day refills....keep that in mind."

"The doctors and staff have been very professional and helpful so far. My wait times have been minimal and the location is very convenient for me. Parking is very easy here, too. The clinic is always very clean. I hope to continue to use this location for my primary healthcare."
