"I have been working with this clinic for about a year. I will start off by saying Dr. Sorensen has been an incredible urologist for me, however the clinic as a whole is quite frankly unacceptable. Multiple times I have showed for an appointment on time and waited 45 minutes to an hour to be taken to the back. The clinic also seems unable to figure out prior authorizations with Tricare, leading to a delay in the medication I needed for 2 months. The final straw leading to this review is the lack of urgency to requested medical records. I have been waiting for two weeks now to receive my records to turn into my PCM (since the first time they never sent it to said PCM), and I continue to get the run around. It is quite unfortunate because the medical care from the doctor has been great, but it has been absolutely awful having to deal with the staff."

"Dr. Modh once again has saved my life helping me with all my bladder, kidneys, and urinary tract issues!!! Dr. Modh has always gone above and beyond and especially this past weekend/week while my husband and I are working in Puerto Rico, he still took the time to personally call me on a Friday night, again on a Saturday, and even on a Sunday night (out of office hours!) helping me while I was very ill in the hospital in a different country. Dr. Modh is a genuis and helped guide my team of doctors in Puerto Rico to get me the right medication and finally after 7+ weeks with his diligent, persistant work, genuine care, and whole heart support, I finally feel some relief!!! Dr. Modh you are truly gifted and the definition of a true, caring, professional doctor that we are SO GRATEFUL having you in our lives!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for saving my life!!! You are appreciated :)"
