Your Kid's Urgent Care - Tampa

"I went there today and it was my second time going to this urgent care the first time it was wonderful that’s why I returned but today 2/15/24 the only person that was pleasant was the usual lady in the front I waited in the lobby for over 45 mins with my paper work to check in I was basically skipped after someone walked in and was registered right then and there I worked for urgent care for adults and children for over 6 years never gave no one a hard time because I knew the job I applied for was to care for patients I then was taken To the back I hear the staff talking about the people in the lobby and the noise and that’s unprofessional it’s a children’s urgent care so of course there will be noise sometimes I was in the room for less than 5 mins the pa came in asked my daughter what was wrong looked at her ear I was trying to explain but I felt ignored I am sick myself not feeling well so I was not rude I didn’t get any paper work I was recommended this place by a friend because of how nice they are but today was definitely not that pleasant won’t be returning to this place unfortunately"

"Arrived here at 9:27. I rang the bell and the male with glasses that works here opened the door and said, "We are actually closing soon but what is wrong with her". I answered him with my daughters symptoms and asked if we can still come in, he said yes. Walking in he asks if this is the first time here in which I responded yes and he made this irritated head movement and face. At this point I don't even want her looked at here and said I will just take her somewhere else in which he just responds ok with his annoyed face. I probably did him a favor. What an unprofessional way to handle a patient. If you don't want people coming in after 9:30 then update your hours and don't be rude. I have brought my other children here in the past and they don't even take longer than 15 minutes so I don't know what he was annoyed about. So unethical to act like this at a place where they are supposed to see children. Never coming here again!"
