"I came in for a preventative concern and resolved it through holistic supplementation by the time I got my bloodwork done. My results came back great, but because of how my Doctor documented my verbal concern I am now getting denied insurance despite having flawless bloodwork. I am both frustrated and disappointed by the situation. Now am dealing with the headache of trying to prove to my insurance company my health and have been several months without insurance despite being young and healthy. I feel like it’s not ethical that I can’t express minor concerns without being penalized for it. I will go to holistic doctors I trust more or get blood work done privately moving forward."

"Don’t bother coming here, it’s a waste of time. The doctors won’t spend any time with you, they don’t care if you keep coming back with the same symptoms, they don’t care if you’re in pain, they don’t care if you literally leave crying because you feel hopeless in dealing with your health issues (real story). The fact that it took me 5 phone calls and at least 45 min on hold to CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT is just the icing on the cake of how much these people LOVE to waste your time. The only exception is Dr Anton, she was lovely and spent time with my husband, and actually seemed to care about his health, but the fact that you can’t get through to the appointment desk to make appointments is proof the practice doesn’t care about wasting your time. Edit: I wanted to add that the reason I was calling to cancel at all, was because I didn’t even know why I had a doctors appointment scheduled. The last time I was there I left crying and didn’t schedule anything, so I was calling to find out if there was some thing in the notes to say why this appointment was scheduled before I took off work to come in for it, but because I couldn’t get anyone on the phone I just decided to cancel."

"If I could give a 0 star review I would , but 1 star is for front desk workers. Did not have good experience with this place . Needed medication prior to going to my vacation , called multiple times to get the prescription prior to leaving. Unsuccessful. The medication supposed to be taken on the certain day so I was 2 days , called the clinic again to see if I can still take it ( multiple times) no one ever called me back with the answer . The pharmacist told me that anything after 2 days is too late. So now I have to wait the entire month to start my medication This never happen to me at any health clinic , very unresponsive staff, so if you’re a patient with serious health condition, I would stay away from this place. "Worst experience ever, my girlfriend had an appointment at 3:40 and we got there at 3:47 pm , the blonde old lady in the front wanted us to reschedule right away. They have a 15 minute policy so we thought it was fine. They looked like they were annoyed that we showed up for our appointment , I know they close at 5 but then why would they allow people to schedule an appointment at that time if they are going to give an attitude like that. Really bad experience , don’t recommend this place"

"I signed up with Baycare Plus Rewards HMO. It is a super Medicare Advantage program. They cover the $100 monthly Part B, so I have ZERO monthly contribution!! Saves me $1,200 per year!! Dr. Lorenzo Hernandez is my primary care physician. He is a super guy! Quick and efficient, and a very good listener - he makes sure that he understands my concerns and point-of-view, before making recommendations."
