The staff is so nice especially The office manager, Megan Bretz, she really made a difference, she was so polite, attentive, knowledgeable, she really made me feel so comfortable, I was already nervous but she was able to calm me down, she made me feel like I was at home and that I could really trust her and trust the care of Elite DNA team to help me.
