"Dr. Markou is excellent. I traveled from out of town to see him. I researched him beforehand and his resume speaks for itself. He is very very respected in the hair restoration community. But you wouldn't know it because he's so humble. After talking to a few doctors I can say that Dr Markou's knowledge and skills are unmatched. He personally talks to each patients before making any sort of payment. If there are any additional question he will call you personally. From my experience The doctors at the other places won't call you and you won't speak to the doctor until the day of. But you would never know it because he doesn't boast about it - he is such a kind man. His staff are very nice also. Everyone there had a smile on their face. They made sure that I got the hairline I wanted. The procedure can be very painful at other places but here they were sure that I was not in pain and kept asking if I was in pain so that they could make adjustments. This is a procedure I was nervous about and they made me feel so comfortable as a result of their kindness. Robin was kind and made the process so easy from the initial emails and phone calls to the day of the procedure and even after the procedure!! On top of all this I was happy that they made entire procedure very private. It was just me and the staff the entire time. Dr. Markou is very honest. I was unsure of which procedure to pick and he recommended a cheaper one. He cares about his patients. On top of all this he provides A1 quality work for a great price. Robin even reached out after the procedure to check how I was doing. Very happy with everything and will be recommending them. Best customer service experience I've had in a long time!! Very hard to find that kind of service nowadays and A1 quality. Dr Markou and his staff are the best!!"

"So, you are reading reviews, because you are interested in Dr. Markou, but want to know what patients say. Well, if there were more stars, I would give them to Dr. Markou and his beautiful staff! I am a hair restoration (FUT) patient and just completed my second surgical procedure. Like you I read the reviews and his website and even spoke with a friend that said Dr. Markou was highly recommended. I spent months researching and trying to decide. I sat down at my consultation and was a bit nervous. Robyn was so kind, caring, informative and calming. She will give you a packet that explains Dr. Markou amazing education and talents. My wife and I were blown away at the education, experience, and endorsements Dr. Markou has. Then when you sit and talk to him, you realize just how amazing he really is. They did not leave the room, until every question I had was answered and even some two or three times. They simply make you feel like family. Dr. Markou will tell you the truth and what he thinks, no matter good or bad. He knows what needs to be done and will not try to up charge you or recommend expensive accessories to make more money. He is as honest as they come. After the visit we knew Dr. Markou was for me. I had two FUT hair restoration surgical procedures. Robyn (Patient Care Coordinator) was so kind, caring, knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond with everything she does. Vicki & Lexi implanted the graphs. They are so kind, caring, gentle and knowledgeable at what they do. They made me feel like family and the procedure so much easier to handle. Dr. Markou did such a great job and was always a true professional. Now I am only a year or less from a full head of hair again. In all my years, I have never met a doctor and staff like this group. The first procedure was amazing and I had so much more hair growth. If you want the best doctor, staff, and best outcome, well then forget all the rest. Oh, and they have a very clean facility as well. If you are serious and want to pay a lot less than Bosley, who by the way is not better, just more expensive than Dr. Markou should be your choice period. He also has a full-service family practice, so I would "HIGHLY" recommend & endorse Dr. Markou and his staff to anyone and everyone!!!!!"
