"Well, as I sit in the waiting room waiting to get called back, I feel my blood pressure rising. They are running over 1 hour behind, with no explanation! Absolutely ridiculous!! If I didn't need this appt so I can schedule my infusions I would walk out!! So unprofessional!!"

"If I could give less then 1 star I would. I have been seeing the NP here for almost a year. I have left the office crying every appointment because he tells me I do not have anything wrong with me and I am just old (I’m 36). My labs suggested I have an autoimmune issue. I went to my follow up and the NP asked me if I knew what the labs mean. I told him I could guess but I wasn’t a dr so I wasn’t sure. He then processed to tell me that I needed to see a different specialist but would not give me a referral and needed to get one from my PCP. He will write scripts for medication but claims I have nothing wrong with me because I do not have swelling in my joints but unable to work or care for my children due to pain. I need the office to send documents to my work and there was a two week delay because of a $4 charge for the papers I was unaware of. So happy I finally found a new rheumatologist. Every specialist I have been to has told me to find a new one."

"That star is way too much! 1. Back in July I tried to make an appointment over the phone. It was so impossible that I had to go in person to the office; the receptionist just ignored me while I was just in front of her. When she finally opened the window I had to repeat three times “Good afternoon “ for her to respond. Such lack of elemental manners screams what kind of practice is. I got the appointment for 08/14 at 2:30. 2. On the date, I arrived at 2:11, completed the paperwork and waited until 4:03 without being seeing by the doctor. Out of respect to myself and my time, I stood up, left the room and requested the reimbursement of my co-pay. Of course, I had to wait some more for it to be processed. I can’t find an appropriate word to say about the poorest service ever. I have NEVER experienced such disrespect from any medical office, and I wouldn’t recommend this practice to my worst enemy."
