"Dr. Chen and the hospital staff took every precaution to make sure that I did not get hospital-related infections. The staff was very friendly, professional, efficient and effective. They made me feel comfortable and confident about my surgery. Nurses Nairym (pre-surgery) and Justin (post-surgery) took especially good care of me. "Cath lab staff were attending to me very quickly and professionally. A bleeding issue brought many more people to assist. Fantastic group of people! On the medical floor they kept close watch on me the whole time I was there. Staff asked if I needed anything because I had to stay flat on my back most of the time I was there. They tried to make me comfortable. I asked questions and staff answered them. It was a pleasant experience with medical staff."
