"I called to inquire about finding a civil surgeon to complete I-693, I was told by a female receptionist the first available appointment would be for next year, January 17th. I wanted to make sure I made the right appointment and got cut off by the receptionist stating “Yes, we are fully aware…” I decided to go to a different clinic because of the first impression I’ve received from the receptionist is not pleasant. I was able to have an appointment confirmed for the next day at a different clinic on South Semoran, for the same rate and a way better phone etiquette."

"If we encounter issues, We just had to communicate so far compare with other doctors that I have even from Bond Clinic these doctors have gone beyond to check on other things, so far the girls are doing much better and that’s just a manner of training and learning, so I’m sticking with him. I take my son at the same doctor and so far we fine."

"I have never been so unhappy with a place. I went in for help with stomach pains and the doctor had his back to me the whole time. He sent me for x-rays on a Thursday never got back to me till Tuesday and I ended up in the ER. His mannerism is awful. He wants you to come in for results on a follow-up and pay for a follow-up appointment. If you want your test results you have to make a follow-up and pay for them. He wouldn't discuss with me unless I paid again. I didn't get answers from him at all and now I have to go through it all again with a different doctor."
