"I would like to give this doctor 5 stars, but you are only as good as your staff. I switched insurance companies and the new insurance company wouldnt cover my prescription. I had to pay out of pocket. They needed the office to put into writing that I had been on this medication and tried others that failed before it would be covered. It took months for this to do this causing $800 out of my pocket to pay. The only time it got rectified is when I went in to the office and physically spoke to the doctor (who by the way when I would call and ask to speak with him, they told me he doesn't call his patients). That's when he had someone take care of it that week. The doctor then gave me a referral to go to a diagnostic center. I went last Monday and Tuesday they faxed over the results to the office. I called a week later to the office asking for the results and they forwarded me over to a coordinator where I had to leave a message (they told me the coordinator had to call me first before the doctor called me back) and she did. She said she received the results and the doctor will call. It's been 8 days total they have had this test and no-one has called for next steps. I finally had the results sent over to my primary to see what the next steps are since there is a medical concern and I need further testing. I would recommend going elsewhere. This office just proves that you can have a good Doctor but if the staff is terrible and could care less about your money or your health then it doesn't mean anything. I would recommend going elsewhere."

"I wouldn’t let him touch me or my baby with a ten foot pole. His bedside manner was beyond unacceptable and really made my experience traumatic by doing things out of order. I can not stress enough How he made any question or concern that I or my husband had feel like an inconvenience to him."

"Doctor Allen went over and beyond for my surgery.... My surgery was only supposed to be one hour long... But when he found scar tissue from 15 years ago from a different doctor...he spent 2 more hours on making sure everything was perfect before he stitched me up. And to several of you women that talk smack about his bedside manners, shame on you!!... If you want to chit chat get on Facebook or go home and bake some freakin cookies with your neighbors... Dr. Allen is there for one reason and 1 reason only and that's to make sure his patients are well taken care of and his surgeries are perfect. I'm thankful he moved from New York to central Florida... He's the most gentle OBGYN I've ever been to in 50 years..most OB doctors in the past just Jam the equipment in you.... check out the situation and send you on your way. It's only been one week since my surgery and I feel better than I have in years... He solved all of my female problems in 3 hours and again I'm super thankful for him and I'm proud to say hes my doctor !!!!!"

"Dr. Allen was my OB for my second pregnancy and 2 following miscarriages. He was always professional and straight forward. He will always be my go to GYN. I have seen other providers within Celebration OBGYN and he has to be my favorite."

"I am sure the doctor is very knowledgeable, however, he was very dry and not engaging when speaking to me and my husband. It is my first baby and it felt like the doctor was just going through the motions with us, barely asked us any questions, showed no emotion at all, it was almost a very robotic experience. I just didn’t feel very comfortable with this interaction, furthermore, I didn’t see him taking any notes on our conversation. I just wouldn’t feel comfortable having this doctor delivering my baby."
