"Very pleasant place for care. They know you by name when you walk in and the visit is always smooth. They make you feel like they truly care about you and never make you feel rushed. My 1st visit was 1 hour long Carolina took the time to understand and know my needs Every time I come in I know I will see the same person. It is nice to know I don’t have to repeat myself every time I come in. I intend w that I don’t have to wait long periods of time when I come in and if for some reason they are a few minutes behind they let you know. The waiting area is very welcoming and comfortable. The Dr contacted me a day prior to my first visit and explained that due to my lab results I should be covered by my insurance plan for the same treatments I was seeking. This shocked me, in a very positive way. The Dr placed my well being and health above everything else. Dr took time to explain some details about my lab work and things I should be aware of.
