"Haven’t had to deal with this level of unprofessional behavior and incompetence in such a long time. Office staff rude disrespectful can’t own up to there own mistakes after driving almost an hr and a half to be told that the appointment that I scheduled months in advance and was confirmed multiple times was not what I was gonna be seen for yet when scheduling I made it very clear to what I needed and all they can say is well the girl that scheduled it was new so basically I have to deal with the result of having someone that I guess didn’t know how to schedule. So now I loose a day of work and rescheduling of multiple clients just to be told I couldn’t be seen for my appointment. Then some guy playing with his nails in the back chimes in about how he also has to drive an hr to be at work so basically I have nothing to be upset about! I absolutely loved MJ because she is amazing but sorry after this I will NEVER be back I wish her the best and maybe if they upgrade the front office staff this place could be awesome again!"

"This office scheduled my wife to come in at 4:30, she also works in the medical fields and it is extremely difficult to take off from work. I made the appointment for her, yet upon arrival they told us that the appointment was canceled and they called me back and they also left a voice message on her phone. She is an on call nurse so her phone is alert 24 hours a day 7 days a week. She received no phone call or notification of the canceled appointment, nor did I who is her emergency contact and the one who made the appointment in the first place. Upon arrival of the office, we were told that the appointment was canceled 20 minutes after the appointment was made and that they left a voice message on her phone but did not try to reach me. They then build $95 for a missed appointment, when this was only our second time visiting the office. My wife's Chinese so English is not her first language so I had to intervene and try to explain to her and to the office staff the confusion , to try to remedy the situation. I like to keep an open mind and do not judge offices. But I will no longer visit this establishment or any establishment that does not have a primary care physician on staff, mainly makes their money from auto accidents , paying lawyers for referrals, and providing medical marijuana and steroid supplements for older men. The women at the front desk were clearly intoxicated missing teeth covered in tattoos and constantly arguing. I saw the bad Google reviews, but as a family friend of Dr Ken I thought I would go ahead and give them the benefit of the doubt. This is an unprofessional non-medical office, mainly just the chiropractor Mill paying their bills by billing insurance companies. They also charged us to see for an x-ray that a specialist thought was done by an amateur because it was so poor nothing could be made out. On top of that our insurance covers x-rays so there's no reason for us to be charged. This practice is obviously going under financial stress this is why they have hired such unqualified staff, which exhibited such unprofessionalism. This is not a doctor's office this is a chiropractor Mill In cahoots with lawyers to reach settlements to bleed insurance companies nothing more. They make extra money through billing patients for things that are covered by their insurance and for things that they're not even qualified to do their family doctor is outsourced their x-ray technicians do not even have degrees. Steer clear from this medical facility call your insurance and find a legitimate practice in your network. This place is a scam and it's currently being investigated by the medical board."

"I have finally found a primary care physician. Eve is a PA at Total Vitality Medical Group. Very thorough. She asked me about my past and present medical history even used her stethoscope. Last primary care I went to for 3 years never used hers ever!! And I am Asthmatic. 35 minute appointment and she came up with a health plan of action. Her MA Katrina is on the ball. You can tell that her and Eve work great together. Morgan is front office person who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. Eve even gave me her phone number directly to her and or her MA. Bypass the front office. I am very pleased with this practice. During my exam with Eve she even said that she was her to take care of me. I truly believe what she said. I feel my health is in great hands now. Thank you for participating in the marketplace insurance plans. We need good healthcare providers like you."
