"The young Lady who answered the phone the first time I called, has zero phone etiquette and was unpleasant. The call was so I could determine if this Practice was appropriate for the condition at hand; I wanted to know, what did they do. She couldn't tell me. That I would need to come in to the office. The second call was to determine if they take my insurance, that I had vertigo and was having significant vision problems. it had been on going for several days now. So I asked, can you tell me what is the earliest I could be seen. Her answer was Feb 2024. This place was recommended to me by a very reputable ENT. Why, I don't know. To the Dr's and Nurse Practitioners in this office; you could be absolutely phenomenal in what you do, but it wont matter because the Mgmt. of your office is sadly lacking. Nobody wants to deal with a nasty receptionist."
"Dr. Patel was quite knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming since my husband was a new patient but I was blown away by the way the billing department manager treated me not admitting that their front desk person made a mistake in evaluating my husband insurance and telling me that the insurance is accepted. I purposely gave her the name of my plan knowing that normally they do not accept our plan. But the the front desk person confirmed it and on the visit took my copay . After receiving a bill with a big balance , I tried to talk and get some understanding help from billing manager, after pleading and begging and crying had to pay the balance being amazed how rude and brushing me off manager was , not willing to understand or admit mistake on their end. She should not prohibited to be working at the medical facility. Amazing how a small auxiliary function office person can ruin patient belief in a doctor who was referred to us by a neurosurgeon and we needed to see him to prevent another massive stroke my husband had. Extremely disappointed, didn't put my comments trying to cool off after talking to the billing manager. Cancelled next appointment hoping I'll never come across a person from just a billing department to ruin patients visit"
"I’ve been seeing Dr Patel for about a year now for chronic migraine. He always takes time to check in with me and asks detailed questions, not like a drive through. I am happy I switch to Dr. Patel, 10/10 would recommend. I could write a novel about Robin "
"I have being seeing Dr. Patel in this office for my neurological concerns. He has been a great help and is always very professional. However I have had major issues with other members of the staff at this location. Namely with one of the technicians who helped set up my 24h EEG testing. I believe her name was Jessica. She had an awful attitude and was berating towards me while putting on the equipment over not knowing what time to come back in the morning... I have memory issues. When I arrived the next morning to remove the equipment the doors to the room where the procedures take place was left open, and we could hear her loudly telling off another patient over some confusion about their procedure. It was shocking to hear a medical professional speak to someone in this manner. The patient came out very distraught about the incident. Absolutely awful bedside manner!!"
