"I called ahead of time they said they could take me. No problems. Got there filled out the paperwork. They got me right in. They were wonderful on people checking in. To when I had to leave."

"There was a 3 hour wait, I watched every single person in the waiting room that came in well after me get called back one by one ahead of me. When I approached the guy working the front desk to see if I had been forgotten about he cut me off and said your next. He could not have been more unsympathetic. No apology, explanation or anything. I will not be back to Baycare "Urgent" Care as there is nothing caring or urgent about it. Only reason I gave the two stars is solely because the doctor was decent once I finally got to see him."

"I arrived at 9:20 , there were 4 patients in front of me. The receptionist was welcoming and gave clear instructions for my registration even as she managed incoming calls Nurse Robert was professional , thorough and friendly, Doctor Lee ordered tests that felt necessary. Asked me if I were from Clearwater or traveling, he adjusted his prescriptions based on my not being able to return to the office. All the staff were friendly and professional and I was on my way in a very short time. If I lived in Clearwater , I would definitely go to Bay Care Urgent Care again."

Shannon was so caring and respectful I learned a lot from talking to her she made the situation just better. And I got a follow up call the next day which was really nice My overall experience was great. Thank you for all you do."

I have never had an experience where everyone made me feel like what I was going through was important and that the entire team was there to support me. Great experience!
