"On many levels, we have experienced greatness and not so great from the Pacific Coast to the East Coast. We have encountered some crooked staff that was investigated and discharged. I have graded people on how they treat others. So, I say this with truth. Thank you Matt, Guy with the youthful eyes(lol), Dr. Webb, Dr. Figueroa was very caring and insightful, Dee, Angel, TJ in physical therapy, ladies at desks and staff. You guys are truly professionals! It usually means that your leadership is super awesome and gives you coffee and healthy snacks?! With that, my faith in the medical staff has not only increased, but in human nature my faith has increased. We have traveled from the Pacific Coast to the East Coast seeing how people are treated. Some people judge you unfairly before getting to know you. Thank you for treating me like you truly care! It will forever be in my heart while helping me continue to help others! "Took my client there today. This is the 3rd time I have been there. They are always busy. With no seat to sit. After they called some people back. There was 2 empty seats together for my client and myself. There was a 3rd seat next to the empty seats with a man sitting in it. He wouldn't let me sit there. Was very rude. He had a problem with my nationalty . The office staff should of made it a safe place for there clients. It's not safe there if you are there when he is there"

"New to this practice. I met with the Doctor once so far. I saw the PA once. I must say so far, I am not impressed. Wait times have been long both times. If you are more than fifteen minutes late, they won't see you. I waited an hour both times. Visit 3 better wait time but saw a different PA this time. That is 3 visits and 3 different Healthcare providers. I feel myself about to be lost in a shuffle again already. I did get my trigger points this time. Wow I am just beside myself. I went for my visit. I said my old meds are not working g much anymore. They gave me a low dose of another med which is not working. I called and was told to come in today. I went in and saw the PA once again. So if I have a problem, I still don't see the doctor. I get told that there are no other options for me. What else could I do I went back to the old med. The ither problem is when they faxed them to the pharmacy. They will not met me get the new script until the end if the month. After when my original appointment was scheduled. Why am I being forced to suffer for the rest of the month. I now considering returning to alcohol thanks to this office. What choice do I have now???? Ty so much Florida Spine Institute!!
