"Everyone there turned a not so good experience into a great one. Dr. Hanna really knows what he's doing and has the best bedside manor. The nurse's are great we laughed the whole time. And one in particular (I wish I had gotten her name) she has a grandmother who has dementia and so does my mother inlaw. She Let my husband and I vent and gave tips and advice."

"Horrible place no customer service....rude and unorganized and unprofessional place no seating for people who need to sit with issues.... they change your appointment times with no notice they have you wait up to 8 hours sometim over book patients they are in it for money not care of patients worst place to come for injections of any kind they tell you can wait if you dont have a driver then when you get there tell you they will not do it without a driver very unorganized lack of communication one says another then one says another thing very unprofessional place on all levels"

"I have been here 4 times for injections and a nerve ablation, and am also having a hip injection here next week, and it has been a pleasant experience every single time thanks to the staff. Everyone from the front desk person to all of the Nurses and Anesthesiologists is always personable and professional. They get me in the back in a reasonable amount of time for pre-op, they answer all of my questions and make sure that I am comfortable. Post-op they make sure that I am feeling ok and that my driver is there to listen to the post-op instructions. Last, but certainly not least, they always follow-up the next day to make sure that I am feeling ok and see if I have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend them!"

"Unorganized check in,no seats,wait times terrible As a nurse myself I question things at this place,that's why I requested the procedure to be done on the second floor at the office Cmed says my insurance sent me there,another lie. I will say the nurse this time got my iv done the first time,unlike others in the past. Communication and training needs improvement. Sad"
