Then I got a call from my insurance company a few weeks later saying this other company was trying to bill $3490.00 for the same test and when I called my Dr office and spoke to Shantel she said they didn’t have anything to do with it...,. WAIT..... WHAT??? You ordered the test and you said it was $250. Hummmmmm. Welcome to Florida medical care I guess."
