"Evara Health is the ONLY place I take my 6/7 yr old! I used to go to ONLY private practices, but since moving from St. Petersburg to Clearwater, we've been going to Evara for ALL of my daughters pediatric needs! I FEEL MORE RESPECT & KINDNESS HERE THEN AT THOSE PRIVATE PRACTICES! I AM DISABLED, SINCE I WAS ONLY A CHILD & I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A SEVERE PANIC & ANXIETY DISORDER, AGORAPHOBIA, SOCIAL PHOBIA & PTSD & SO BEING KIND & NON JUDGEMENTAL GOES A LONG WAY! THAT'S WHY I KEEP COMING BACK! Our questions & concerns are ALWAYS addressed with kindness & understanding! If my daughter needs to be seen, they WILL call around to find an appointment for my daughter, the very same day, if needed! They're flexible about locations you want to go to & everyone has ALWAYS treated me, my daughter & my husband with fairness & respect! They ALWAYS take the time to listen to ALL of my questions & concerns & always make sure we understand what's going on! ALL OF THESE FACTORS ARE VERY IMPORTANT, SO THANK YOU!!! ALSO, I DO NOT KNOW WHY OR EVEN UNDERSTAND WHY THEIR RATING IS SO LOW, THEY ARE AWESOME! To each their own I guess!"

"I’m not sure why there are so many negative comments because honestly, every single time I’ve been there, the front staff has been courteous and kind plus, I’m never in the waiting room for long! The facility is always clean and Dr. Bonaparte is hands-down, the best doctor I have ever seen!"

"Normally don’t have a big issue with the place. They are constantly late with every appointment including my kids but usually by 10/15 minutes. Today i was supposed to have my first postpartum appointment and i waited almost 40 minutes to be seen. I could not wait longer because my husband had to work and he was home with our little one while I had the newborn so I went to the front and was told a few more minutes I had to leave. I specifically took the 845 AM appointment to make sure everything worked out timing wise. If I didn’t come out of the room I feel like no one would have even come in ,I’m pretty sure they forgot I was there. Two people came after me and were leaving as I was leaving on the OB side. I will be finding a new OB for myself."

"Was referred here by my GP when her initial referral refused to accept my insurance (gotta love our healthcare system). Got a young lady on the phone who seemed uncaring at best and who informed me that they had NO appointments until next year. I agreed to wait even though I am having an issue. She ran through ALL my personal information, including asking me very personal questions about exactly what my problem was (which I didn't really think was entirely appropriate during this call). She said she would check the calendar as they had 12 locations. After looking at all 12 locations, she said they had no open appointments at all until well into next year. How ridiculous. She transferred me to some hotline that was supposed to help with scheduling. The number was not in service. I will seek care elsewhere. Hopefully I will find a gyn in Florida who actually gives a damn, who doesn't schedule 5 years ahead, and is accepting new patients AND will take my insurance. Sheesh."

"Recently forced my child to spread COVID 19 ALL OVER THE OFFICE FOR 2 1/2 HOURS, refused to see me for my adult appointment b/c they couldn't figure out how to check me in, told me there was NO FEE (b/c no income) then BILLED $134 for a 10 dollar test from Walgreens, sent the WRONG MEDICATION for a complication/infection and RPEEATEDLY REFUSED TO SEND THE RIGHT MEDICATION OVER 2 WEEKS. Even the pharmacist was disgusted with lack of care. We didn't get treated, didnt get the medicine my son IS STILL WAITING ON, got wrongfully billed/robbed blind, and probably now RESPONSIBLE FOR AN OUTBREAK because I'm sure they refused to clean anything!!!!! ***Dangerously callous. ***"
