"If I could give negative stars I would. I have been attempting to resolve a prescription denial for more than 45 days. I have gone into their office once a week for more than 6 weeks. Every single visit and phone call was responded with we will get to it as soon as possible. 45+ days later still no medication pre-authorization form filed. Every single procedural step required multiple visits and phone calls. This office is dismal, the front desk woman and the nurse have terrible attitudes. Run run away and find an office with a better administration. One of my phone calls, with a remote worker who was not on site, sounded like the young woman was actively drunk. She could barely talk, slurred her words, could not spell anything back to me after I repeated multiple times. This place is insane! Run, run away."

"I have had a bag hanging out of my kidney for two months now. I called when the Dr told me to. I got transferred to a gynecologist office. Which they never responded anyway. Emailed the Dr. Directly and was told someone would get back to me. Nothing. Only gave one star because I had to."

"The word Elite denotes the cream of the crop which this place absolutely isn't. I can't say anything about the doctors because I never met any, but I certainly can comment on the staff. I have been trying to schedule a procedure requested by my gynecologist for 6 months. She has contacted them multiple times to get me on the surgery schedule. The office staff told her they "tried" to contact me, but I don't return their calls. This is NOT TRUE. She knows it is not true because I am not the first of her patients this has happened to. Plus, she knows how diligent I am at keeping her appointments and returning her calls. I, myself, have contacted Elite multiple times as well. (If I didn't, I would never hear from them.) I was told the scheduler , who is based in California, would contact me. This never happened. At last, I called and was able to get a procedure appointment for two weeks out, but she wasn't exactly sure, so she would call me. Of course, she didn't. And no one called me the day before the procedure to let me know what time and where to go. I hadn't looked at my schedule yet and hadn't called them. My mistake. I called the next morning. They said I was supposed to be there at: 500 am, so we would have to reschedule. Are you kidding me?! She said they had contacted me. NOPE! Nothing on my phone. I was so upset. Then she hung up on me. How's that for service ???"
