"Seriously the worst place ever! I made an appt with Dr DeSantis. I never was told that I would get paperwork emailed to me. The med assistant called Wed to tell me about it. When I got home I realized that they sent me the instructions but no link. I called the next morning and they said they would send it again. And again I got nothing. I called again and left a message asking if maybe she could just text me the info. About 30 min later I get a text with a link to, what I assumed was, my paperwork. I filled it all out and turned it in. At 3:45 I got a call saying they were canceling my appt because paperwork was not filled out. I called several times and finally got a call back. I explained to her that without my meds I am suicidal and I don’t want to hurt myself. Instead of helping me she called the police. The policeman was appalled at the way the office handled things and told me to leave my story. Not that they care. I have 5 days left of my meds. They told me to call intake and make a new appt with a different provider. They do not want to help you. The meds I’m on are Celexa and rexalti. They aren’t narcotics! This is insane how these people are in the mental health field. They are horrible. If anything does happen to me it’s their fault."

"HORRIBLE and I never even stepped in the door. Upon scheduling you will call 2-3 times just to get an appointment. They will preach to you about not cancelling appointments and demand your credit card be on file so if the patient cancels they can charge you hundreds of dollars. I waited WEEKS for this appt. I couldn’t get access to the portal, called three times and sent two emails. Absolute lack of customer service they tell me I have to call their IT team. What a joke. They entered my information wrong in the system. Even with my insurance…. How did you verify my insurance, look at Al my paperwork and not realize my birthday was wrong. The real icing on the cake was then cancelling 1hour before the appointment. No compassion whatsoever. When I started crying and then had a panic attack I was told I could wait until June 13th or go to an emergency room. WHAT A JOKE. I’m sure the doctor was “sick” on Memorial Day Weekend. I can’t imagine what the psych team does to your brain if that’s how the desk treats you as a new patient."

"I recently relocated from NY and in dire need of a new psychiatrist. I filled out the request for a call to schedule an appointment and I’ve been try to call almost every day for over a week with leaving voicemails with no luck until yesterday. I wasted my whole lunch break on hold until someone answered. This 45 minute wait and lack of returning prospective patients calls is completely unprofessional. When I finally reached someone after waiting on hold she was absolutely rude to me with speaking over me constantly. The woman asked me many questions that I felt were a little too invasive without being a doctor. I didn’t mind that she asked what medications I was on, however when I said medical marijuana (due to chronic pain) she rudely said that the doctors there will not treat me or anyone who is prescribed medical marijuana let alone even consult with me. I felt completely chastised and discriminated against for a medication I’m prescribed. She did say a male doctor can see me but I can only see female psychiatrists as that I had numerous bad experiences with male psychiatrists in the past. When I mentioned this she told me “too bad you’ll have to seek treatment elsewhere”. I began to cry on the phone and proceeded to have a panic attack because of this woman and the severe lack of empathy and professionalism. I have NEVER received such poor customer service or have been told a doctor will not see me because of a medication I’m on. I would really like to speak to a supervisor, manager or a person I charge of this practice regarding this. To be honest, I’m considering contacting the BBB, FL’s DOH AND possibly the ADA because of this severe discriminaction I received from this woman and therefore this practice."

"If I can give zero stars I would. First I could never reach anyone by phone or email. I had to realize that the only way to reach a person was to press the button to set up a new patient appointment; even though I was an established patient. When I spoke to new patient service rep she always transferred me to a non working number. I had to scour websites to find numbers and I left messages and they were never returned. When I needed documents filled out by the Dr. for my job I had to pay to have them faxed to his office by the time the MA gave him the paperwork it was past the due date. I almost lost my job. I was told the MA is in nursing school,so she is only in on certain days. The only time I was able to get her on the phone was when the Dr. finally signed the documents and she wanted $100 dollars payment before she could give back the completed paperwork. They refused to fax the paperwork directly to my hr department. When my hr leave reps for my job tried to contact comprehensive med psych they never responded to my hr department,so my hr department called me to get in touch with them. The billing department blew up my phone though and they had issues properly billing my insurance. The billing department called me after every session to get co pay over phone. This organization is so disorganized and lack patient care. I had to deal with all of this during the most stressful time of my life. A mental health system should not add to patients stress , anxiety, and depression."

"Stuck between 2 and 3 stars. My psychiatrist rescheduled me 2 days before my appointment and the next available was THREE WEEKS later. I’m trying to adjust medication and 3 weeks is a lot for someone with severe anxiety. On top of that, the therapist he referred me to no showed me. I have called and left messages with the Dr’s secretary, nurse practitioner, and the general phone line and no one has contacted me about it - it’s been a week. Additionally, my boyfriend sees a different psychiatrist through this company and they rescheduled him as he was waiting in the virtual waiting room for his appointment. Really hate to start over somewhere new because these appointments give me so much anxiety."
