"I am very appreciative of the health department team that comes out to Lealman Neighborhood park. They are great people. But being homeless. I have decided to cancel my blue card. I don't have any particular reason. I am just tired of being a responsible adult. My leg swelling and draining is causing issues with my walking. I haven't really seen a doctor but once a while ago about my hernia. The blood pressure medication the nurse practitioner prescribed to me is going cost me $36. And what they don't realize even though my mom has been gone for at least 2+ years. Her passing is still fresh in my mind. At this point I just don't care. But I will still give my thanks to the people who did invest their time for helping me."

The refuse to give me my medical records. I have reported them to the Public Health Department. They are not a "healthcare clinic" they are a "hell i could care less" clinic."
