"I am warning anyone who is considering going here!! I am in the middle of filing to appeals with my Insurance company against them for fraudulent and illegal billing practices. They scheduled an appt. for May 4th and I asked if this would be free and no copay and they said yes. I arrived and filled out update paperwork stating I was just there for an adult annual wellness visit. The nurse took me back to be weighed, then I was put in a room and my BP was taken. Then a NP came and I advised I am just here for the annual wellness visit, that I have NO health issues and feel great. She asked me some questions and looked at my numbers and said that this visit was just to establish me as a new patient. I said is there a cost and she said no it is covered by your healthcare provider. Then I asked if this was my wellness visit and I was told I would have to come back another time for that??? At any rate I was in and out of there in a matter of 15 minutes after the NP came in since I had no health issues and no questions for them. I scheduled a wellness visit for June and asked again at the front desk if there was a charge for this visit? And they said no. I was then sent an email and called by the lady Fatima in their office who handles filing of their insurance for patients and she advised that I had a bill, I said for what?? She told me it was for the May visit and that I should call my insurance company to see why? So I called BCBS and she advised they billed them $736.08 for my first visit and it was way over my allotted amount for a dr. visit. I advised it was just supposed to be for my annual wellness, but they said I had to do the first appt to become an "established patient". She said they coded it incorrectly and I should call them back.. So I did and Fatima said she would again email her billing department about their mistake. And again nothing back but another bill!! They did NOTHING for my on that May4th appointment other then weight and BP and brief conversation with the NP about me not having ANY health issues!! Why would they bill $736.08…. Then I looked at my claim in detail, and I see they made up many things to code and bill for from this appointment….NONE of which I have seen them for or discussed with them. Then they billed my insurance for bloodwork I NEVER got done and still have the original paperwork for so I am filing a second appeal!! This isn't the last they have heard from me and I am so sad I didn't read thru all the awful fraudulent payment reviews before I went! Please watch out for this and be an advocate for yourself, these days everyone is out for a dollar! Blessings"
"Worst ever ! Billing issues /scams I received a COVID test they said 24hours nobody called me !! The lack of professionalism is ridiculous. This place needs a serious audit from filing/payments to practices. I went in very sick unable to walk and they always magically find something else to bill me for! Meanwhile I’m about to throw up everywhere and which I did after I got to my car! I wouldn’t go here if I was on my deathbed! Do yourself a favor go somewhere else the convenience isn’t worth the risk ! Never again !"
"I only selected ONE STAR because you cannot submit without at least 1 entry. Like others have said, I read the reviews and thought I would give this place the benefit of the doubt and will have excellent service. Well, I tried; same issues, billed incorrectly and when asked for explanation they cannot provide. Then I did an over the phone payment which debit my bank account for the amount agreed upon, but they apply less so I end up with a balance. After calling the office numerous times to get it resolved they would not make the adjustment and then the bill increase for other services, so I made a payment via check which was cashed but NOT credit to my balance and then they generated a bill with a $20 monthly fee for not paying my balance charging me over $100 in fees. I had to show proof from my bank it was cleared, instead of them verify in their system which patient they credit my payment to. It took many phone calls and leaving voice messages before it was finally resolved. Then on top of that, I asked for the results of one of my medical records emailed to me and they sent me someone else records then finally sent my records but not the results I asked for. It took 6 months for me to finally get my request corrected. They are unprofessional and need lots of training. Biggest mistake I've made selecting a doctors office for me and my family."
"This office lost the business of all my family over $35 dollars. That was paid to them at the time of a physical. As there is no copay on a physical they said were going to issue a credit on my next visit.They kept calling and wasting my time over this. I gave them the ultimatum to give me credit or I was gonna take my business else where. When I show up to their office they stated that their billing department was in India and they were probably sleeping and not able to discuss the matter with me right there at that time I chose to make the payment and in my relationship with this clinic."
