"My experience was very pleasant.l was taken care in less than 30 minutes to register.was taken to my to my ER and very well taken care of by the Doctor, nurses,tech. Everyone from the time to that I checked was very pleasant caring and p as id attention to the reason that I was there. They all have very good characters, that's important when you're not feeling well. I was treated as a person not only as a patient. Thanks so much Sheila Siplen"

"I recently spent several hours in the ER @ Orlando Health - Health Central. I was absolutely dreading going but when I arrived l was shocked by the efficiency and overall treatment I received! They were Awsome! From the front desk to the Nurses and the Doctor! I have never received that level of care from any medical facility! I am so grateful to the staff who worked during the hours of 4 pm and 9 pm. You guys are great!"

"Overall experience was good! I went in feeling soo week that could barely stand which they new! They had me walk to get an X-ray already feeling weak and I fell out! But after that they were really nice and they took really good care of me!"

"The staff were kind, welcoming and took care of me well HOWEVER the A3 room I was assigned was NOT cleaned. The assistant who escorted me to the room did what she could by changing the linens and wiping down the bed with disinfectant wipes while she had me sit outside the room. I kept my belongings on my person out of fear of my things becoming contaminated with something from the previous patient. The floors were dirty and upon my discharge there was a baby roach crawling around the room. Do better Orlando Health"

"From the moment I arrived to the time I left I was given great service. I was treated with smiles, kindness and told everything they were doing and why. I probably had 12 different staff that initial day and I was amazed (my wife too) how great I was treated and looked after. The staff were very professional but very kind and caring taking special care of me especially as I’m a ‘scared’ patient (of what might get said, done etc) but I was made to feel at ease from the start. On my return to have ‘packing’ removed from my cut the staff kept the same high level of attention and service. Infact the Nurse Practitioner who looked after me initially had been asking if her patient had returned that morning (to have my packing removed) and if so how he was. Love that!!"
