My first visit with Dr Bookbinder I explained my symptoms, and he correctly diagnosed me with Psoriatic Arthritis with Spondylitis. I has been previously diagnosed with Ankelosing Spondylitis, DISH disease, several others."

I also love a very one on his staff his receptionist has always bent over backwards to work with me on my appoinments as I work in a Dr office my self."

"Dr Bookbinder is a great doctor. Very knowledgeable about rheumatic problems. He actually listens to me at my appointments and takes the time to investigate and figure out what is going on instead of just brushing you off. I was misdiagnosed by another Rheumatologist in the area and put on medication for said problem. Dr Bookbinder took me off the medication that I told him didn’t help ( the other dr wouldn’t listen to me!) and decided to investigate the problem further before offering a diagnosis."

But I love the Doc so I stay there. Crystal is the best but her boss is Michelle and has to listen to her... These two need to go.... UGH......Dr. should get 5 stars, office 0 except for Crystal and one other lady.... they get 5 stars too....."

"Absolutely LOVE Dr. Bookbinder. My husband and I have been patients since 1994. My husband died in 2002 and I have continued to visit Dr. Bookbinder, diagnosed with Rhematoid Arthritis in 1990, and CML in 2007. He has been the best! I am however, leaving Dr. Bookbinder’s care because of his office staff ; specifically Shawna. I have never met a more rude person! I’ve been through many medical issues, procedures and concerns. She has never been helpful since she has been hired for Dr. B. I have seen a smile and short courtesy only when she asks for payment. There is absolutely no concern at all for Dr. B’s patients. I’m sorry to be leaving him. Beware of his office staff please!!"
