"This place needs to clean house. These people don’t care about the veterans they serve. They are really entitled and if someone disagrees too much with them they can revoke veterans benefits. There no better than the CCP. They don’t return calls or call you when they say they will. The VA needs an urgent care here . The hospitals and urgent cares in my area don’t take Tricare which tells everyone what they really think of veterans. Everyone behind the reception desk needs to lose their job."

"The lab nurse is a miserable rude person. If you hate your job that much, you should find something else to do. The person I'm describing is an overweight, black, 50ish woman."

"This place is going down the crapper. No one ever answers the phone. Ever. Yesterday, I witnessed a nurse being so snobby and rude to another veteran. I couldn’t believe my eyes. The primary care providers don’t really care about you, but they will tell you they do. Forget getting any real health care. First thing they want to tell you is to go to an urgent care if you have an issue. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES. The psychologist experience I’ve had, in my opinion, was worthless. You can tell them multiple times your issues and go look at your report and it says conflicting statements. No one listens here. Forget trying to make an appointment unless you actually drive up there and talk to someone in person. Then beware of who you end up taking to. There is one very sweet nurse up there and one very respectful front desk gentleman. I appreciate my doctors, but this is getting ridiculous."

"Convient location for me and I like Dr. Delgado. They seem to always be changing over personal and really could benefit having more services offered. Lab is always full so get there early to wait in line."

"I would rather drive an hr to Lake Nona then be seen here. How do you let the phone ring off the hook and ignore Veterans calls? How do you expect Veterans make/change an appointment when no one answers and the secure messaging is down. Maybe it will take the news getting involved to make a change. Do better."
