"The doctor is very nice, that being said, IF you’re ever able to see or talk to her. The girls at the front desk are extremely unprofessional, give wrong information, etc. Each one you talk to says something different. I am looking for other allergist because I just cannot deal with how disorganized they are."

"Stay away. The clinic charges for three appointments: (1) consultation, (2) allergy test, and (3) allergy test review before you get to understand or treat your child on their allergies. We made an appointment to see the Dr., had to wait 6 weeks because we wanted the doctor to educate us on our child allergy results, when we arrived to the clinic we were informed the appointment was with a PA. Our apt was changed without notification. Additionally, we were charged a $39 SNN fee for the last two visits, when I asked what it was, it was removed, no explanation. The last thing is that on a day when the office was almost empty, my husband and I were not allowed to go back together with our child. Honestly, don’t waste your time. We just wasted tons of money and time, no one is giving us back our piece of mind either."

"Make sure you’re doing their job for them, office staff is horrible, doctors are fine. It’s mostly just going for routine visits And just checking it off your list. This is the second time they’ve called the day of my kids’ appointments and told me they need to reschedule but when you demand that they pay you for your time they’ll say that doesn’t apply they can charge you a fee if you cancel within that time but they can do whatever they want with your time. It doesn’t matter that you have documentation that you had all your information. They can’t get their act together."

"I DO NOY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! Because I did not have my insurance info in my hand, they wouldn't even schedule an appointment. I called a competitor and they said, no problem....just bring it with you. This place obviously doesn't care about their patients...ENTER AY YOUR OWN RISK!!!"

"10.15 appointment as a new patient. Went at 10. 00 AM Waited for 40 minutes after I filled out paperwork to see a nurse. As a new patient, I had given insurance information two weeks before when I took appointment. I also mentioned I have two vials for allergy injections. I have 100% coverage with AARP and never paid any copayment any where even at instant cares where I went first time without any appointment. Nurse saw me and checked me ,then I asked her for allergy injections from two vials which I had from my previous doctor. Office lady came and told me to pay $15 as Copayment as she has to contact insurance company for approval or come next week for injections. When I asked her do I get refund when insurance company reimbursed you. I was surprised to hear from her NO. Previously I had mentioned wrong location of this company in my experience and rating. Wesley Chapel is the location."
