"Staff is very rude, doctors could care less about their patients, they just put on big acts then when it’s all done and things have gone very wrong they do nothing to fix it. If you need surgeries go somewhere else."
"I Had Mako Knee Replacement Surgery on December 21st, 2023. Dr. Craig Bennett was Surgeon. 32 days later during my follow-up I am pain free and walking everywhere without any assistance. From day 2 I had 95% mobility in bending and walking and yes using the Bathroom on my own. The surgical cut is perfectly straight and is disappearing with little to no scar tissue. My pai level was always 8-10 pre-surgery and afterwards maybe a 2-4 at worst. Dr. Bennett and Liz are a perfect team and I will always be in-debited for them in getting me to have this surgery. Ready to play golf soon and back to work quickly. The care and PT (Frank) has been given me is fantastic. The office people have always treated me very well and the Florida Springs Surgery Center rocks. I would without any doubts HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bennett and his staff for any kind of procedure necessary. I am no longer Bone on Bone and feeling great! Thank you so much Dr. Bennett and staff for making my life a great life again. Call them first for an appointment before using other centers. ps. Don't be fooled by Dr. Bennetts fast pace during appointments, and when he asks, "do you have any questions", ask and I guarantee he'll answer them. Dr. Bennett really does care about your Health & Welfare!"
"It is incredibly surprising to me that the office staff is allowed to be the "frontline" representation of this practice. I ended up in tears after two less than 5 minute calls trying to make a new patient appointment. On the second call, the staff member repeated herself three times as I tried to ask a question. It felt super demeaning. So I simply said "I heard you the first time. Thank you." Then, she hung up on me."
"Jared Salinskiy did BOTH my hips in the last year. I spent 5 years on pain management and was 95% immobilized before surgery. Plain and simple, I have ZERO pain, full movement and have regained my life. If you’re getting a hip replacement done, I have just one question: “ Why would you go to anybody else?” A stupendous, amazing, perfect, unbelievable job by Dr. Salinsky. FYI- after both surgeries, I never needed my walker more than three days. I was released from the hospital on the same day both times. I don’t know what else to say. I am not a fan of most doctors. This guy is incredible. I can’t stress enough why I go to anybody else the guy has a master at what he does. Feel free to contact me if for some reason you think this is not what it appears to be. I would gladly answer your questions and take the time to recommend Dr. Salinsky."
"My 19 year old daughter broke the bone running back from pinky to wrist. Initial visit was good, surgery went great! Why the 1 star….4 weeks postop with 3 pins, nurse practitioner tasked with removing with Dewalt heavy dust pliers. Now these pins locked her pinky in and ran through not only her pinky bone, but also her ring finger bone as an anchor. That nurse pulled with all her might and the first pin didn’t budge. She commented that it’s normal for kids to be difficult. Twisting and prying with all she had she got it out the second time, while my daughter with a high pain tolerance cried and screamed loud enough for the entire facility to hear! I informed how awful that was and requested a shot of numbing before continuing, which was denied. Kid said please hurry, and the sheer amount of tears and screams were excruciating! Sitting 5’ away was an entire cabinet with over 20 vials of lidocaine and other numbing agents! Zero consideration and it was obvious the nurse practitioner absolutely did not care, even after the unreal pain and struggle to remove the first pin, instead continued to pull and twist and grunt to get the other two pins out, all while my grown daughter was screaming in pain. Noteworthy, she only took 2 pain pills post surgery, she can handle pain…this was barbaric IMO!"
