"The Dr is wonderful and really listens to me. However the receptionist with the dark hair is super rude. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and because of her I’m considering finding a new place. I didn’t know they did not take Medicaid so I was originally told my copay would be $40. I still have my old insurance and without even telling me the cost she charged me $85. When I explained I still had my old insurance now she told me my copay was $45. It was my fault for not explaining I still had my original insurance but she charged me $85 without my knowledge. I truly don’t know how she has worked there for long. Always has a bad attitude. I have never once seen her smile. The other receptionist (I believe her name is Evelyn) is very nice and shows so much empathy. They also take at least a week to put in refills on any medication you need no matter what it’s for."
"I wish -5 was an option. I've remained a loyal patient for 20 years despite horrible service and I've finally just got to a breaking point. Where to even start? Please save yourself the headache and go anywhere else! The doctor is extremely rude and belittles female patients, in the middle of an appointment for severe ear pain with a double inner ear infection , he proceeds to tell me I am "too pretty not to lose weight" out of nowhere ! Absolutely unacceptable and extremely uncomfortable. Every single time you get a prescription or refill, they NEVER send it in! I have had to call repeatedly , leave messages , have the pharmacy request numerous times , and even called after hours. The staff is extremely rude on the phone , unapologetic and refuses to accept responsibility. As a patient with a heart condition having to go days off medication because of this , it is absolutely unacceptable. I will be finding a decent doctor elsewhere as I am tired of this nonsense. It's sad they don't care about their patients. Rosequist is well overdue for retirement and a new staff change is desperately needed."
"I have been going to Dr. Rosequist for over 30 years and although there have been issues with his office staff, he corrects them as quickly as possible. His professionalism and his ability to diagnosis a medical problem is uncanny, I have never had a Dr. be so knowledgeable as Dr. Rosequist. If need be he refers me to the appropriate Dr for further treatment. I appreciate that immensely, I always go to the Dr he suggests as I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Rosequist. I refer all my friends to him if they are looking for a new Dr."
"I have never left a negative review before except for this place. I left this same review on Yelp. My entire family has used this place since my mom made our appointments in high school. As an adult, I just continued going there. I used to think they were great, but for awhile there have been some sketchy/ incompetent things going on. First, the front desk receptionist is terrible. She's rude and unknowledgeable. She flat out argued with my mother when she was trying to explain that we had a special account to pay for medical expenses and then MADE FUN OF MY MOTHER RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. Then there's their sketchy billing practices. They've double billed us multiple times, sometimes we catch it and don't pay, sometimes we don't catch it until it's too late. They mix up our family members all of the time. They've billed my brother for my dads' things, my mom was billed for some stranger that happened to have the same first name. How many times has this happened when it isn't caught I wonder? AND they recently changed billing companies (I just found out) but no one notified me. So our bills were not being sent to our address, as they had been in the past, and the front desk lady (same rude one) got snippy with me because I had a balance that I didn't even know about. I thought it was weird but paid it. Then my mom calls her to try and get our bills sent to our address in the future. The front desk lady either could not or would not do it. This brings us to today, I drive my younger brother to their office. The same rude lady is there and tells my brother he has a balance. I overhear her so I go over to ask what's going on and that's when she tells me they changed billing commpanies. So I ask her if she can just have the new company send the bills to our house. She tells me she'll make a note on our charts (after she told my mom no). My brother pays his bill out of pocket so that he can go in. I find out I have a balance (surprise, surprise) but since I wasn't going in, I just asked for a detailed bill and brought it to my dad, the accountant. Now he is going through all of our records and is VERY UPSET with the inconsistencies he's finding. There's more. I have to go in (and pay for an office visit) every six months to get a prescription renewed. Well, I'm talking to my pharmacist and she says that with the meds I'm taking I could just have the pharmacy ask for the Dr.'s office for a renewal and not actually have to make an appointment just for that. I ask her to do that. The Dr. refuses the refill! So I have to go in (and pay for a visit). All they do is take my weight, blood pressure, temperature and sit me in a room where a nurse practitioner comes in and immediately sends the prescription to the pharmacy. No physical, no questions besides "Any changes?". So I'm paying them an extra $100 + every six months that I shouldn't have to. Anyway, they lost 4 patients today (as in we'll be going to another Dr...nobody died lol). They should probably give that front desk lady some training. She was the one there today (8/30/17) around 10 am. All of that being said, the nurse practitioners are some of the nicest, most considerate, pleasant people I've ever met. They really care about the people they are treating and will go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Too bad they work in such a broken office. Once again, sorry this is so long... and negative. Like I said, this used to be a good place so maybe it will be again someday."
"I've never spoken with a doctor only PAs. I've also never received a bill in the mail and only know I have a balance upon my next visit. Once I called about billing and was told a procedure was requested 2 weeks prior that I never received a call about. Trying to schedule that procedure was a headache because I asked for the prescription to be faxed multiple times. Searching for a new office now."
