"Honestly this was such a quick and easy experience overall. Super helpful staff. Clean waiting area, bathroom super close. Not too cold like a doctors office always is. This was overall an amazing experience and I would never go back to Walgreens when CVS is so much more updated with technology and resources. Walgreens never referred me to CVS but when CVS cannot do something or help, they will refer you to their best knowledge. I know and forever until broken trust CVS with all my lite medical needs and prescriptions. RN Ashley was truly amazing super helpful. Thank you all so much. "I went to the BayCare urgent Care on Dale Mabry with what I thought might be an eye infection. Was told it will get better and was not given any antibiotics or any other medication. By the next day the whole side of my face was swollen so I went to the MinuteClinic. The doctor was extremely nice. She prescribed to antibiotic ointment and asked me to come back the next two days since it was over the weekend to let her see how the swelling in my face was and if the antibiotic was working. I did follow up with my primary care physician the following week and turned out it was a staph infection in my eye do to a clogged tear duct. I'm very happy with the fact that she cared enough to have me come back the two following days so she can check to see if the antibiotic ointment was helping. Highly recommend this CVS minute clinic. Thank you for everything you did."

"I took. Y daughter this morning sick. While waiting for the very nice NP to see us, we met one of the store managers. Long straight black hair. She was so sweet, friendly and informative. This store location has areas I've never seen. This will now be my go to store for ANYTHING!!!"
