"This office use to be much better at patient care. Spoke with Crystal this morning. This lady was overly impatient, very short, with one of those passive agressive professional tones....explained office rules changed because i havent been there in a long time...wonder why that is. I have to schedule 1 appt per issue....that is scam... so i have to pay 4-5x appts to solve my health issues. That is honestly terrible patient care. Its more a business and turn table. PCP is also NEVER available. He is booked until end of Feb. Priority clients. All the decent staff i use to see kept leaving. 1 issue per appt is an office policy per Crystal, not by insurance either...i would go somewhere else."

"Something has changed in the last couple months with this Office. I have been coming here for years with no issues but lately their front desk, no response to fill prescriptions, not sending in blood work after being charged and requiring to come back, the run around to get prescriptions refilled after years of being on certain medications. This place seems like they have turned into a cash grab with extremely poor service. Just like everything else in this country! How much money can we make, screw the service, and then charge you more. Off to find a new family Dr…. Sad but this place can go pound sand!"

"Just to be fair, I waited till visiting this clinic three times before writing this review. Initially I tried to see Dr. Yosuf, however I could not, and I accepted the fact to see one of his assistants, she recommended X-Ray and MRI, I paid $170 as the clinic does not take my insurance, later I went back for a follow up visit, I paid again another )170 (despite nothing was done during my first visit), during my second visit, they just explained to me what is on the MRI and X-RAY reports, and they handed me three slip of papers, one for a surgeon another for pain management and a third for physical therapy, without any referrals or references ,thats mean I have to look for the provider by myself. I still believed that somethings might done at this clinic, and I finally I got lucky to see Dr.Yosuf himself, after 90 minutes of waiting, the doctor came, explained to me my condition, the only treatment plan he offered was injections, for the three visits I paid $170 + $170 + 150 and No treatment plan was offered, and nobody has inspected the X-RAY or MRI and not even inspected the affected area."

"I have only amazing things to say about Lifetime Family Urgent Care. This is a wonderful office. The staff and the Doctor are the best. He really listens and cares about what you have to say and are feeling. He is empathetic and very knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Especially the nurse Tracy, she was so kind to me and has a gentle hand. The office is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend him if you really care about your health."
