"Dr seems ok but staff is the worst. No one will help you or get you antibiotics and you'll never hear from the doctor again. Don't waste your time with this business."

"Complete incompetence by the office staff. If you can ever get the necessary appointment the doctors are wonderful but expect the staff to screw up multiple appointments (and not catch their issue until the day before the appt you've waited months for) before actually getting you in to see the Dr. The only reason they get a 2 star is because the care provided by the doctors themselves is excellent. Shame the office staff ruin that experience."

"Nothing against the doctors but the staff are archaeological show pieces. Cannot get bloodworm orders to correct quest location. Nurses don't do their job. Leave Friday afternoon right after lunch. Posted hours are until 4 pm. Everyone here has allergy with the technology. They are stuck to paper and pencil. Will not touch computer ever. Paper prescriptions. No appt reminder text/email. No confirmation of visits. Nothing. They'll never read this cuz they don't know what Google reviews is."

"The wait times are terrible. I know twice I waited 45 minutes. I do highly recommend Dr. Tannenbaum. He is the best Urologist in the practice according to my opinion. Dr Tannenbaum explains the procedure, excellent bedside manner, and a nice personality. Thank you."

"I’ve tried for three days in a row to get them to actually pick up a phone. I’ve left several messages- even though a rudely toned recorded voice asks not to. I even had the urgent care call on my behalf. They answered the phone for them. They told the urgent care that they would call me back by the end of the day. They did not. I wonder if the doctors know how horrible the staff makes them seem. I really like Dr. Tannenbaum. But I don’t understand why they don’t pick up the phone, return calls, or even give existing patients a way to leave a message. It’s truly bizarre. Apparently, I need to contact Tricare to find another provider for me. I’m on meds from the urgent care to deal with my kidney stone. Sadly, This office gives zero concern."
