"Having difficulties breathing and went to MD Now. Got me right in and gave me a breathing treatment and spoke with MD. He gave me 3 scripts to fill and out the door in an hour. Excellent service! All technicians were sympathetic and professional. Definitely my go to Clinic when in the Clearwater area!"

"$189 for a flu test with insurance! $149 without, but the threat of other charges remains in the wings. The nurse insisted that I should have a Covid test at the same time as the flu test because “it’s easier”. That cost $30. I said how about take the flu test and if it’s negative, we take the Covid test. I have been sick for two days. Covid would not show up yet. She left and came back lying, •I checked with the provider and he said to do them at the same time.” Don’t I have patient rights. She did both. Both were negative and my insurance was charged. The doctor said that he did not tell her and I should have put my hand up to stop the test. My words weren’t enough. Med Express would not have charged this much. Then at the start of the visit with chills and a terrible headache, I had to do the job of a receptionist by checking in and taking photos of my license and insurance card to upload into their system. Not okay. It’s like self-checkout a Wal-Mart in the doctor’s office."

The weight was not that long prices were up on the monitor so you wasn’t going to be shocked at the end of your service with a bill you were able to see what you were going to pay. Doctors were very knowledgeable, very helpful friendly, I will continue to use them when unable to get into my own doctors office"

I was seen very quickly, and they were very thorough with their exam. I had to go in due getting fiberglass in my eyes, so they got me sorted out quick and feeling great. "I made an appointment and didn't have to wait at all. The doctor was excellent. He gave me seven stitches for a cut on my finger and the nurse wrapped it up nicely. Didn't feel pain during procedure and got better soon after."
