"I have gone here now for several years. My recent appointment in August was my annual appointment. Well, there was a change in my cholesterol it went up. My total cholesterol was 126, and now it is 173. Now, I would like to know how they have such a lack of concern for their patients. That is a big jump in a year. I now will be looking for another doctor now. I need to have a doctor who will show the same concerns I have."

"I have been going to Dr Kay for years. I have never had any problems with him or his staff. They have been very accommodating in every instance. In 2020, Dr Kay diagnosed me with an issue that I didn't think was a problem. In fact it required surgery that probably saved my life. Then COVID hit and the surgery was delayed. I got really worried but the surgeon worked with me and we were able to reset the appointment."

"I've been coming to this clinic for years now and have never had a bad experience. I used to be seen by Dr. Strikowsky who is no longer there and he was great and now I am always seen by Lisa and she is patient, she listens well and I always trust her diagnosis and treatment. "I dont understand why this clinic has such bad reviews. I've been here for 2 appointments and havent had an issue. It is easy to make an appointment, the receptionist is very friendly, and the waiting room is very clean. As well, waiting times are short and well within my appointment time. Lisa is not mean as everyone has pointed out. She is very nice and goes above and beyond to help her patients. The nurses are just as nice as well. I am definitely sticking with this clinic. * I have not met Mr. Kay so I cant say anything about him."

"Staff is friendly with the exception of Dr. Kay. I feel like I have wasted my time trying to find answers here. He is not professional and didn't even bother to discuss my labs that had come back. He just said I needed to work on stuff. Yea like what? I have no clue unless you tell me. He spent five minutes with me just to tell me to see someone else. But continued to make me try different medications and come back again in a few months. Stop wasting my time."
