"Do not recommend. Requested a refill of a medication I have been on for over a year, and was denied because my appointment is not for another week (01/23/24). Due to work obligations I cannot book an earlier appointment. When I called to speak to the nurse regarding my concern of abruptly stopping a SSRI, which you should not do, Nicole spoke over me incessently & when I asked to speak, she hung up the phone on me. Knowing how abruptly stopping this medication could affect ones mental health, it was still refused. Office staff is rude & overall I feel like they don't care about the well being of any of their patients."

"Sadly, they fired the only good doctor in all of North Florida and then I got stuck with Tammy. Tammy is a danger to patients everywhere. She is literally so dumb she doesn't even know how to interpret blood panels unless the computer blinks at her and tells her something is "wrong." She abused epic to decide that my health issues that started in January, were all "in my head," she refused to order any imaging or biopsies even as tumor after tumor after tumor pops up in my lymph nodes and my kidneys are failing. She sent her nurse (who is more intelligent than her despite the fact that Tammy thinks she's a doctor... She is *not* and honestly I cannot even comprehend how this woman passed middle school, let alone obtained a nursing degree) back in with a referral to a PSYCHIATRIST and then she deleted all my labs that had abnormal results so it appeared that I am "perfectly normal." Unfortunately for her, they outsource their labs and I have copies of all my abnormal labs, so she can try to say she didn't, but I have cold hard proof. Because of this entire clinics malpractice and negligence, I have a much more grim prognosis than I should. Tammy you should be ashamed of yourself, at the very least, retire before you injure/kill more people. But you won't, because your misplaced arrogance and lack of empathy has completely stunted you as a medical provider and a decent human being. (I know you don't understand big words Tammy, arrogant means you have an inflated and exaggerated ego regarding your abilities and just your general worth to this world, hope that helps!)"

"I had a very high opinion of this place going into it, when I started seeing Dr. Jack Goloff there. Dr. Goloff was to replace Bruce Branin who had retired from the practice. He was amiable, a little snarky, but most importantly he was able to continue filling the prescriptions that I was taking, some of which were difficult for other doctors to fill. He also listened to what I had to say, which was hugely important. Then last week, I was informed suddenly that he was no longer with the practice (they weren't sure why) and that they would no longer be able to fill some of my prescriptions. Since I was out of refills, it resulted in a frantic scramble where I had to search for another doctor who could do so. It was by far one of the lowest points in my year. No patient should ever have to go through that kind of chaos in their life, particularly on scheduled medications. Separation from a doctor is usually an orderly process. Certainly it's not the fault of the Alliance staff, who did the best they could under the circumstances. However, that doesn't lessen the sting at all. I hope in the future that they will be able to find an excellent doctor that will be able to pick up from where Dr. Goloff left off."

"I have been looking for a primary doctor for quite some time now and Dr. Cohen came highly recommended by my boss. I'm glad I took her advice. Alliance is amazing. The ladies up front are very helpful and always friendly. Dr. Cohen started our first interaction with asking me what I would like to discuss. She listened patiently and fully focused on me. She has addressed all my concerns and on a level that I understand. She makes me feel important, like a real person who matters and not just a case number or paycheck. The nurses are always amazing. I love Alliance! Edited!! Same great people but the place is starting to smell. I inquired about the smell as I've noticed it is much worse then it was on my last visit. I was told that the carpet was wet due to a leaking ac unit. This must be an ongoing issue for the stench to be getting so bad. This can create a serious mold problem which is not ideal for a medical office that deals with patients who could have weakened immune systems or in my case, be allergic! This needs to be addressed immediately! We go to the doctor in hopes to feel better not to become ill from their mold problem!"
