They are pro-life, conservative, and will ask you personal questions (information about your religion, opinion on abortion, and information about your partner)and will refer to your unborn fetus as a blessing. If you are not comfortable with this, go to a planned parenthood or GYT clinic to feel more comfortable and safe."

"This is a fake pregnancy center. The staff will give you misinformation about your options and lie about your test results. If you think you may be pregnant, regardless of if you want an abortion or not, go to Planned Parenthood. Sira does not offer real contraceptive or abortive care, the staff does not care about your well-being or rights."

"I came to Sira to confirm a viable pregnancy and to have an ultrasound. The staff were extremely friendly, they walked me through each step of the process, they explained everything, and were personable and supportive. I am not a religious person, but I am spiritual (and in recovery) and they were respectful of my beliefs and also encouraged me to stay educated on how the pregnancy would progress, as well as gave me a ton of resources for being a new mama. I'm grateful for the personalized care I received here, and for the support and encouragement from the staff. They were genuine, kind, and courteous, and the ultrasound tech even called me to follow up. I'm glad I was able to visit Sira, and I would definitely recommend them out to ladies I know!"
