"Well just got here for a kidney infection and already am questioning how good this place is. The receptionist didn't take any of my information just told me to sit and they would call me back. I went up to ask about my insurance etc she just said they will call you back they are busy Why is she even there? A 2 year old could do that. I will update my review when and if I get seen."

"I can't speak to the other reviews here, but I used this quick care twice recently and both times I was seen immediately and was well cared for. The medical staff took good care of me and I was admitted to the hospital as soon as a room was available, which the quick care has no control over. I appreciate the care I was given and will use them again should the need arise."

Just like all the other reviews, we thought this was the kind of place where we can just get a quick test. We didn't know until we were already wrapped up in the system that this was just a regular ER. They just need to add "Emergency Room" at the end of their branding and their patients would be able to make informed decisions about their finances and health care."
