"My initial visit as a new patient was amazing! In most recent years I have found that Dr. offices always run behind schedule and rush you out when being seen. This was not the case here. My husband and I were seen together. The nurse Ashley was amazing. Her bed side manner was warm, welcoming and very informative. The amount of time she spend to explaining possible medications and tests that we should discuss with the doctor was very much appreciated. She is a gem. Now let’s get to Dr. Ramsay. Beyond amazing! She listened and I felt heard. Some Dr’s just nod there heads as they write or type into there tablets or laptops. She looks you in the face and converses with you. Makes her suggestions and you agree as patient and Doctor. Not just a doctor telling you what to do. I am glad I found this office. Highly recommend and a huge plus that there wasn’t a rude receptionist that’s hates their job. The administrative support are just as nice. Great team in this office."
