"When something bad happens people always want to know why and did they ask for help. I have been more then asking. I have been on the phone since 9am, it is now 5pm and meridian is closed but im still on hold. I have been transfered from one department to another time and time again. I have begged people to help me make an appointment and to stop transferring me or putting me on hold and not coming back but it happened over and over again. Extremely frustrating and disheartening. I wonder how many people have killed themselves waiting on Meridian to help them."

"Supposed to have an appointment at 2pm for my son online. Was on before 2pm. Received a text at 2:40pm and at 3:17pm that the provider was still in another session that she will be with us shortly. Really? This was after I had an appointment for tomorrow at 3pm that was rescheduled because the provider won't be in at that time. It was rescheduled to today at 2pm. It is now 3:43pm and still nothing. I will be looking into transferring my son's care somewhere else. This place is a joke. Customer service isn't there at all. And good luck trying to get someone on the phone. Currently on hold going on 15 mins right now and nothing."

"Worst office I’ve ever dealt with. Was on hold for 1hr and 43 min today. When I hung up, it said 4th caller. It said 10th at the beginning and 4th for the last hour. I am having issue with a medication and need to schedule an appointment but it’s impossible to reach someone most days. Avoid this practice at all cost! It takes months to get in and your care will get dropped in the cracks over and over and over again. Not worth the stress, it will make you worse, not better"

"I had this feeling that Meridian Behavioral Health doesn’t have a good administration. My son got a prescription injection that was not released by the insurance. So I asked them (The Dr As well) to switch to a pill. He is being without medication for 15 days now. The staff (stuff) or the Dr Skalski didn’t give any feedback on the situation. And my son is being dragged into a deep crisis including suicidal thoughts. I even went there to Meridian.They said you got wait to his appointment that is already scheduled. That means 20 days without the medication. Do you believe this happens to a so called developed country?"
