"My husband was referred here after being released from the hospital. His family physician referred him. I called his office to find out when the appointment would be the rude person on the phone said we had to wait until Monday for the doctor to review his file and they would call then. After waiting all day Monday my husband called to find out what had happened and the person said the doctor would not be seeing him with no reason. After getting off of the phone with them he called Ocala Family Medical and they called on his behalf and when they asked why he couldn't have an appointment they refused an answer!!! Meanwhile we are one week out from his release from the hospital and still no answers or even an appointment set up! This place is a joke!"
