"Today I had an appointment at 8:20 a.m. with Miss Jennifer tuck. Little did I know it would be almost twenty minutes before I would actually get to see her. I don't know about this office but I know some doctors have a protocol that if we're late that we get charged a fee because we're late or because we don't show. Our time is just as valuable as the doctors and we should CHARGE YOU when you are more than 15 minutes late. I chose the morning appointment so I would not be late for work. But I did not know it was going to take 20 minutes after my schedule time to be seen. I can see maybe 5 minutes late because your last appointment needs to talk about certain things. However I do believe you should be as close to on time as possible. If you cannot be on time you should tell your person below you that does the triage about any inconveniences you might be seeing. I didn't even get an apology which makes me even more upset. Dr. Tuck please next time apologize as it would make the inconvenience a little bit better. I have never ever had any issue except for today. Also called to speak to the office manager this morning. She was on a call. So they said to give my number as she could give me a call back. I told them I would be available after work at 2:30. No one called me yet. So I call and for the operator to not LISTEN to what has been said and asking questions that have already been answered. I told the lady to listen to the call then. I waited 40 minutes on the phone to speak to the office manager. Then she is rude and hangs up. She doesn't need her job apparently. I asked for the office manager to call, they need to call."
