"I witnessed a pickup hit A shoppers car. I reported the accident to the police and then called the store. They notified their security, but instead of coming out to see if anyone was hurt an employee came out to tell me that security was not even coming out to talk to anyone. Good job security.. NOT!!"

"Customer service is good. Everyone is friendly. Could do a way better job monitoring vehicles parking in the online pickup area just to go in and shop. Can't be quick and convient if there's no where to park and let you know we're there. Just have someone monitor the spots every now and then. If there's a car parked in a spot that hasn't alerted you inside the store to let you know they've arrived then have it towed because they're just being lazy and don't care about anyone but themselves!!"
"This store is far superior to the one in Lake City. Shelves are always well stocked with ample room to move thru the aisles. Ample parking and friendly staff. Seeing as I'm not a paid employee, I find the self serve checkouts awful. Every time one seems to open, another closes! Question, if I get hurt checking my own items out, who is gonna pay for my compensation? I'm assuming this has been explored by your legal department....or has it......."
