"They're fine until you need them. I underwent surgery and they were doing pain management for me. They made me contact them every 3 days to refill the medication which I thought was a little weird but I was willing to do it as I knew it was just a few weeks. Well it turned into a nightmare when my primary care provider wouldn't contact me by the 3rd day leaving me constantly worried I was going to run out. I've never felt so embarrassed to ask for something I needed in my life. I had to go multiple days on multiple occasions without medication and when I finally did make contact it seemed I was bothering them. If you require a Dr. you can rely on please look elsewhere. I am extremely upset because I trusted my Dr. but when I needed him I didn't matter and that's unacceptable to me when talking about someone's health and recovery."
