"My name is Jasmine Roy. I called up today to see if I could get a Covid test. As soon as I asked the front desk rep stated we can’t offer you a Covid test because we only offer to patients without knowing who I am. I’ve been a patient before in October. I stated to the front desk rep that I’ve been there before. The front desk rep asked for my information and I provided it. The rep stated I haven’t been there since October and don’t have any upcoming appointments so I couldn’t get an appointment. I stated at the beginning of the call I was told if I’m a patient I could get a Covid test. The rep then hung up on me. I called back and the rep refused to tell me anything. I asked for someone else or an office manager and the rep refused. The rep stated this is a private practice so he can do whatever he wants. I asked the rep if he owns the private and he stated no. I asked for someone that manages or owns and he refused. He stated he doesn’t have to do anything and that he has things to do today. Very unprofessional especially if you want business. I had a great experience the first time I came there. I didn’t even get to walk in the door for my second experience. I hope something is done about this. I loved the rep and nurse practitioner I had the first time I came."
